conceptual product design

This chair represents a constant reminder that power is born from vulnerability. The hard, enclosed cage-like bottom represents my gut reaction to keep my fear, pain, and problems hidden from those around me. However, once the cage hits the seat of the chair, the seams of the cage come forth to form strong, organic open lines to allow the user to experience the power they gain from opening up.
